Adding text in a cell that is color coded

Is it possible to add text in cells by color?
If a client cancels we mark the client in red. Can I get it to add/count the text in a cell based on a color so that it gives me a total of clients that canceled per agent based on the color of the cell?
I attached a form that Jakobshavn supplied(thank you). In the example sheet...
column D is the client, client 1, 4, 9 and 12 cancelled. The agent is listed and colored red, showing who's deal that cancelled. In column H it shows how many deals cancelled for the agent. Is this possible?

JieJenn, thank you for your input. It worked almost perfectly. The almost is not do to the formula but macros. I forgot about enable macros and the nuisance it causes. So I was wondering...
Is there any other way to solve my issue, a way to "add/count text in a cell by color" without macros??
