how to lookup a table in sheet1,if the cell is color then color the matchin cell in sheet2

Hi All,

I am looking for a formula that will lookup the code in Sheet1 and color the matching code in sheet2.
For example 1224 Crunchie is colored in Green in Sheet1.
I would like a formula that will look up Sheet1 and color A2 and B2 in Green (where the code 1224 Crunchie is displayed)

Is this possible with a vlookup formula or a conditional formatting?

In this example both sheets are in the same book, however my original data is from two seperate workbooks. I will be referencing one workbook and if it finds a match in color and code i want it to comeback and color my 2nd workbook.

I hope my explanation is clear and i welcome your assistance.

un fortunately there is no logic behind coloring the cells, they were done manually.
