Hi Attaching the Engineering programme sheet i have created. I current sheet shows the spread based on the end date, I wanted it to be spread across two months if the start and the end dates are in different months. I have a formula =networkdays(start_date, min(end_date,eomonth(start_date)),holidays)/networkdays(start_date, end_date,holidays)* no of hours will give me the % of hours for the start month. Similarly i can calculate the % for the end month. But i want to know how to use some formula or a vba code that does this automatically and gives me the spread accurately.
