Combining Multiple Rows into one row

I have a database system that allows me to download into Excel but puts customer information into two rows, making it difficult to sort. There are some customers that may have 1 extra row of information under their name and some that may have 2 or three rows of information under their name. I would like to combine the row with information under each name the the row with the name in it so that I can sort it all.

Or is there a way to sort the information (by customer, then by date) using the multiple rows without loosing the information under each name? Confused yet? Thanks for any help you can give. I think I have attached a sample correctly.

Can you upload a sample file showing how you want the output to appear?
