index match match - issue

hello

i have the following index, match formula.

i have to 2 criterias that im trying to use however the formula is not working 100% correctly. any thoughts?

=INDEX(D6:O10,MATCH(C19,$D$5:$O$5,0),MATCH(B20,$C$6:$C$10,0))

i have attached a sample.

basically, i want to filter by "period or month" and then by "week" to give me the value in a cell.
