Automatically move cells from sheet 1 to sheet 2

I have make a survey once a week with certain activities for different employees.

(A1:A50) (B1:B50) AVG(C1:C50)

The row A56, B56, C56, D56, E56 is supposed to go to another sheet, which I can do manually
to a history chart.

Here I want to add automatically the row 56 (sheet 1) from my survey each time.
When I do my next survey it s going to be the next row below.

Is it MACRO time or... Any inputs from the excelforum society that has helped me so much?
