Excel Camera Tool - Print Preview different from display on screen

    Good morning,

I'm completely out of ideas here and have searched everywhere online. I have place a camera-picture of a table on the right side of a chart. On the screen it looks great! (See below - with some redaction)

.... but when I print it the table expands off of the side of the chart. Scale is 100%, zoom is 100%, Excel 2010 (See below - with some redaction). Whether or not I have a print area does not seem to make a different in the problem. Also, it appears that this happens with any shape I put in that place, it's not specific to the camera tool.

I'm baffled, any ideas? I would truly appreciate it!

Can you send the file so we can tinker with it? (Personal, business sensitive data removed)

No luck so far, but if you are reading this and having a similar problem the only workaround I found was selecting both the table and the chart and copy/pasting as an image.

Any ideas would be deeply appreciated!

Shucks! Thanks for checking it out regardless! I'll come back and post if I ever find something.

Doesn't seem to matter if its printed to pdf or to printer, so it doesn't seem to be printer settings.

I think I found your problem. It's not with the picture, it's with the chart.

    1. Right click on chart
    2. Format chart area
    3. Properties
    4. Click on "Move and size with Cells"

It resolved the issue on my computer. Let me know if it works for you also.
