Need Intelligent Concatenation

I have a couple columns of a thousand or more entries I need to convert without having to retype. I need to have excel look at the ID column. When the ID is unique I simply need to have it copy the Product Name over to the "New Product Name" column. When the ID is a repeat I need Excel to take each Product Name for the repeats and concatenate them and place them in the New Product Name column.

Is there a formula or function that I can use to avoid retyping all this?

Try this Macro

It will not delete any data from the original sheet.

I'm not sure what you need to end up with.
