    Because your background color is done using conditional formatting, so there is no manual way to delete those rows. But in VBA, it is doable. Use the file as your template.

    Hi Jiejenn,
    Thanks for your invaluable time and help i managed to insert command botton (By Google How to insert comm. botton) and copy your code
    and work OK. If you don’t mind would you help me to delete rows with formatted cells (red) with condition.1) Rows with highest number of formatted cells first ,2)- if there are two rows with equally formatted cells and one row start from column (B) and the other start from column (A),then column (A) to be deleted first. this process to continue until only one
    formatted cells remaining. do you think is possible?
    See attachment for an example;
    Thanks again and kind regards

    Re: How to select non_fill rows?

    I think it should be 3 rows after the macro is ran instead of 4.

    Anyway I wrote 2 procedures, one is highlight duplicates and one is delete rows with duplicates

    Ignore my last post, I just got in to work, so I didn't read the question carefully.

    Re: How to select non_fill rows?

    Jiejenn,
    Thanks for your time and very much appreciate for being still interested on this tread.
    My last request in my post #5 is to delete rows with highest numbers of formatted cells(red) first until there are only one formatted cell in each row.if you kindly look to the attachmen t(Sheet 1) you’ll see an example.I like your delete rows code but on attachment I gave an example after I run your code and if I can do the way I desire you’ll see big difference.
    Thanks again
