Keep portion of excel spreadsheer on screen at all times

    Hi,

I have attached my workbook so you can see what I am talking about.

I want the information contained from cells H2 down to H24 and all the way across to Q2 down to Q24 to remain on my screen as I scroll down to add items in column A.

    Is this possible?

This sounds like you want to use the Freeze Panes feature
    Hope that helps,

    Tigeravatar,

That is a feature I was trying to use to accomplish my goal...but it didn't seem to provide what I wanted. Of course, I may have been using it wrong. Could you elaborate on how you would use the freeze pane feature on my workbook?

    mbxs3,

Attached is a modified version of your posted workbook.
I moved the information block to be above the data, and then froze panes so that rows 1 through 26 are always shown.

Thanks tigeravatar, that is exactly what I was looking for.

Could you please give me a quick run through of how you moved the data and kept the formula's in tact?
