Mapping business relationships

Hi

Sample attached, I'd like to return in column G2, the name of anyone in column A who's worked at the same company and division as the name in A2. The same applies in G3 for the name in A3 and so on.

I'd also like to return the position they've worked in H2 and the number of months they worked together in I2.

Where there is more than one person, I'd like to return the same details for those people in the subsequent columns.

Also, with the dates, I'd like them to show as just the month and year, without the day at the front.

Sorry, one extra thing.

It would be really helpful if it could return the Worked with, Position and Duration information in order of the highest duration down to lowest duration.
