Legend labels for horizontal bar graph are upside down. how do i change them

I have 9 questions from a survey and I want to show how they are ranked but because there is to much text to do this I have chosen a horizontal bar graph. the problem is that the rankings in the key are upside down e.g.it says rank 3, rank 2, rank 1 instead of rank 1 at the top. how do i change this? it has also put the bars with rank 1 at the bottom as well thanks
