Drop down meny from different cells

Is there a way to create a drop down meny that uses the cells A2, A7, A12 and A17? I dont want the cells between in the drop down menu. You can se what i mean in the attachment. Is it possible to use cells from different sheets in the same drop down menu as described?

DV needs a contigous range to work, it wont accept a range as you want it to. it will also not accept a range like that on another sheet. if you want to use a range from another sheet, you need to give it a range name, and then refer to that name on the DV =rangename
