    Dates issues

    Hello

I am having an issue trying to combine two data points in one cell.

in my attached cell M2 contains the end result.

when i select the "service date" in M1 ie. 1-Jan-2012 , i would like my end result to be: P1 (Dec 31-Jan01) aka Period + week.

The periods are listed in column C along with the ending date for each period. ie. in my company P1 or January ends at 3-Feb-2013

if someone can help, pls and thank you in advance.

M1 do not have any service date to be selected... also I believe either you need to create the columns like H & I for every year else you need to come up with a logical reasoning as to what should be your end result .. whether its last week of the year + few days of next year or what ? thanks.
