There probably must be somewhere. As for me I don't even understand the question
Hi,
In a normal setup of call center, staffing requirement are computed with a factor of an agent should be able to answer the call right away. But with turnaround time, an agent could answer or give feedback to a client after 2hours of receiving it and once they started working on it they only have 10minutes processing time.
