    STAFFING REQUIREMENT with TAT

    Is there anyone who knows how to compute for staffing requirement with turnaround time?

    Hi,

    In a normal setup of call center, staffing requirement are computed with a factor of an agent should be able to answer the call right away. But with turnaround time, an agent could answer or give feedback to a client after 2hours of receiving it and once they started working on it they only have 10minutes processing time.
