    Accrued Amounts

Ok folks, I, in no way shape or form am and expert with Excel (obviously), however I know quite of an amount to get by just fine. EXCEPT: I have an issue right now. For example: I have column A with 8 rows. A1:0 A2: 0 A3: 0 A4: 120 A5: 0 A6:0 A7: 0 A8:0. Okay, no problem there. In Column B, I am having difficulty finding the accrued amount of COLUMN A. Therefore what I want is a function that gives me the following results: B1:0 B2:0 B3:0 B4:120 B5:120 B6:120 B7:120 B8:120. It seems so easy to me, but every function I put it will only do a couple of cells in COLUMN B and not the rest with 120. Thanks, WMHALL10

    Re: Accrued Amounts

    In B1:
    =A1
    In B2
    =B1+A2

Now drag the formula from B2 all the way to B8

    Or, In B1:
    =SUM($A$1:A1)
    Then drag that to B8
