If formula - automatic list filling

Hi,

Quite a difficult one to explain!

I want a formula that recognises the name put in column D in worksheet 1 against a comprehensive list of clients that appears in a worksheet 2. When it matches the name in column D (worksheet 1) with a name in column A (worksheet 2), I want column F, G and H (worksheet 1) to automically complete with the information in columns B, C and D in found in worksheet 2 in the row with the matching name.

I have attached the excel and it would be great if anyone could help!
