Conditional Format Top 3 Values in Different colours

Hello,

I am trying to format the Top 3 values of a data set in 3 different colors. e.g.

POS 1 = Green
POS 2 = Yellow
POS 3 = Pink

I can only find a function for top 1.

Anyone know a easy solution for this?

kind regards

David

hi f1torque, welcome to the forum

1. highlight the range you want to apply the conditional formatting to
2. on the home tabe, styles, select CF
3. select new rule, select use formula
4. enter =B2=LARGE($B$2:$B$14,1) format fill Green
repeat 3&4 =B2=LARGE($B$2:$B$14,2) format fill Yellow
repeat 3&4 =B2=LARGE($B$2:$B$14,3) format fill Pink
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
