Conditional formatting using formula to match multiple critiria

    Hi,

I have attached an example excel sheet. What I would like to do is to use Conditional Formatting to color code the cells according to the following conditions
    1. Highlight the cells that contains S1, S4, S7, S10, S13, S16 with pink color
    2. Highlight the cells that contains S2, S5, S8, S11, S14 with green color
    3. Highlight the cells that contains S3, S6, S9, S12, S15 with blue color

I can do this one by one (having 16 rules) but very time consuming.
I tried using =OR(MATCH("S1",$1:$1048576),MATCH("S4",$1:$1048576),.....), but it doesn't work.

Can anyone guide me how to do this?

    Thanks!
