    Cool Car Insurance

Ok i have a car insurance system and i now need to construct a formula with the final quote generator

i have base prices of each insurance group on a lookup page and multiplying factors on a different page

i need a formula which will use the base price and multiply it by the multiplying factors which vary on each customer

    Any ideas????

Can you provide an example of your data so that we can see what all of the variables are and exactly what you are looking at?

    Values

Ok i have a table of insurance groups and the base price for each group
    1 £100
    2 £200
    3 £300
    4 £400
    5 £500
    etc...

On a different sheet i have a group of formulas which worked out a factor if a customer for example put in 2 years no claims then the multiplying factor would show up as low

i have a collection of cells which show multiplying factors and when all the details are filled in there will be a collection of 1s or 2s for example which i will times the base price by

my problem is i dont know a lookup function that will look up the base price from my table and times it by the multiplying factors whcih is on a different sheet

sorry if its unclear its hard to explain
no problem if you cant help
