Getting live data from the web - HELP

    HI All,

In my work there was someone who created a spread sheet that would automatically feed through the football scores as they were scored - sort of what happens on Gillette soccer saturday.

How am I able to do this? I am using Excel 2010

I am assuming that this is not difficult to do but I cant seem to figure it out!!

    Thanks in advance.

It is not difficult but there are limitations. As far as I can tell it will only take data from tables. In your file, select the cell where you want the data to start. From the menu select Data, From Web. Then put the URL where you want to take the data, and slick on the icon to select the table containing the desired data. It's a lot easier to understand once you see it. Also you can search for "Excel 2010 import web data".
