Combining Multiple rows into one row

Hello and thank you in advance.

I have a list of data elements listed row by row with headers

last 4 of SSN Full Name school_code term_begin term_end School Rep Name Email
1111 Jim smith 00104600 082012 082016 school rep [email protected]
2222 Jane Doe 00104600 082012 082016 school rep [email protected]
3333 justin justin 00104600 082012 082014 school rep [email protected]
4444 Joe Joe 00104600 082012 082016 school rep [email protected]
5555 Jake Jake 00104600 082012 082016 school rep [email protected]

What I need to do is to get all 5 rows into one row and duplicate the headers so row 1 has all fire rows of information one column after the next comlumn. If I can't duplicate the headers easily and can just aggregate the data into one row in cell by cell that fine.

    Sample document attached for review

    Any thoughts?
    thanks.

This is great!!! thanks. One last question. is it possible to do the same thing and have the VB place a new line on the "what I want" tab if the number in the School_Code Column is different? If not i can run with this and be very happy.

    thanks again

    both worked perfect! thanks.

To Mike - yes the School_code column would be sort in order from smallest to largest so what you wrote got me where i needed to go and saved a bunch of time!
