hyperlink opening problems

hi
can any one plz suggest me on this

i have a excel sheet in which many hyperlinks are there i have to click "left click" and open these links it takes much time...
can any one suggest how to create a shortcut for the same.....
sorry but i dont have any knowledge of macro...
so suggest according to that....

The hyperlinks refers to where? (i.e.) which location? any webaddress?

We are working in a intranet environment in which we have given hyperlink to each data using a formula....now i have to check that is the file exits in the same hyperlink or not...and for the same each time i have to make a "left click" of the mouse and check......and data is saved in the hd of the computer only....

Here is the attatched file....plz have a look....In this file the cell with "yes" tag is hyperlinked by us....plz suggest how to make a shortut key to open the hyperlink....
