Here is the spreadsheet
just put XYZ in cell A2, in B2 put SPACE and put Electrical in cell C2. In cell D2 put the following formula =A2&B2&C2.

CSE, aka Array aka { }, formulae are confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
Replace commas ( , ) with semicolons ( ; ) in formulae, if your locale setting demands.

Try this, it doesn't require the space columns
=concatenate(a2, ," ", "- (", b2,")")

Hey here is a simpler one, Works fine too =TRIM(A2&" - ("&B2&")")
