How to display decimal as fraction and mm

I have a cell with a drop down list. The list contains .0197,.0394,.0625,.1181

I have other cells with formulas based off the numbers listed above. When I click the drop down arrow and select .0197 I want the cell to show 1/2MM and when I select .0394 I want it to show as 1MM, .0625 as 1/16, .1181 as 3MM.

What do I need to do to make this happen
