J & R Database UserForm error in FIND/DELETE function of MULTIPLE RECORD, vb code fix?

Hi, the example J & R Database Form VBA project, great example, however I have noticed an error using DELETE button when using FIND and there is MULTIPLE RECORDS that matches your criteria, hence the incorrect record is deleted instead.

For example START, FIND: Jack. 3 entries appear, select JACK, EXCEL-IT: DELETE.
Now you'll see the error occur, the cell/row highlighted in the spreadsheet is deleted incorrectly.
NOTE: This error only occurs when there is multiple records using FIND then choosing to DELETE 1 record that wasn't the first found/top of list.

In other words, when using FIND and there is more then 1 entry with the same name, however only 1 cell/row is highlighted on the spreadsheet, and when selecting ROW to EDIT or DELETE, the highlighted cell remains unchanged, and if a ROW is chosen to be deleted which isn't the highlighted cell then INCORRECTLY THE CURRENTLY HIGHLIGHTED CELL IN THE SPREADSHEET IN DELETED IN ERROR.

What VB CODE EDIT is needed to correct this error when deleting record amongst multiple records?

Here is my latest edit, another DATABASE version, with QUICK START macro command buttons, all with no faults for SEARCH& ADD/EDIT/UPDATE/BROWSE, even includes photo preview in SEARCH & ADD/EDIT/BROWSE for records in database with photos inserted.
