Pasting in excel without showing the source

    Hi,

Whenever I paste text in excel or word say from a website or from a pdf, it ends up showing the source with it, for e.g.

    "Text Text Text"

    "Source: Article Name XYC..From whatthehelllll.com".

So each time, I paste i need to delete the source. I was wondering, if there is an option to disable this?

    Thanks

Are you selecting the whole page or just the part(s) you want??

Re: Pasting in excel without showing the source

Did you try to paste as value?
    - Yes that doesnt work, because the "source is also part of the text".

Try Paste special -- text or unicode text
    - Not working either, as the source part is part of the text.

Are you selecting the whole page or just the part(s) you want??
    - I am selecting parts of the page from a webpage, and the same occurs if I select parts from a PDF.

I am sure this is a word/excel feature, but there must be a way to disable it? Appreciate any more ideas. I am using Office 2012.
