    Dynamic named ranges

    Hi All,

As per attached screen shot is it possible to have a dynamic named range for each type of vehicle? The type of vehicle is in the first column and the vehicle number is in the second column so i have a vba code that adds new vehicle to the list according to the vehicle type. Now i need a dynamic named range formula that will update the range if vehicles are added

The dynamic named ranges will be as follow for example.

    KOM HD1500
    KOM HD785
    KOM HD465 ect.

And the named range should be only for that vehicle type...

    Hope this explains it all...

    Re: Dynamic named ranges

you would be better to have your vehicle type listed across the top and vehicle numbers below.

    then is is reasonably simple
