Can't read drop down box

Frustrating!
Can someone please tell me what I need to do to make the dropdown box font larger?
I have been on google for a week now and everyone says the same thing but it does not work for me?!
I was able to run a macro to auto sort a list on sheet Employee List, now am working on a second list in the same sheet called Job List, this list will not auto sort and make my live even more frustrating when I try to insert a drop down box on shhet "Time Sheet" under the "Job List) it won't work I did a copy of this list (Job List) into sheet "Time Sheet" on the bottom so that the dropdown box function will be able to see it no problem it works but when put to a test the dropdown box font is too small!?!?!?
