Copy paste data from excel to word. Copy paste from different cells.
I have two files - the pattern of a contract in MS Word and the list of all future employees in MS excel.
I need to copy the information about the employees in MS World. But the thing is I need to copy the different information in different places in MS world, e.g. the name at the top, account number somewhere in the middle of text, address at the end of the second paragraph etc.
What I have is the pattern of a contract and a list of 40 employees. Is it possible to make 40 different contracts just with 1 or 2 clicks . Or is there any other option to do it, rather then copy&paste special manualy?
Or may be could you give me a link, where this is described? I tried to find the answer myself, but unfortunatelly did not find any information about it
