2010 excel opened from my USB somewhere else is over the margins at the bottom and right

I have Office Home and Student 2010, installed it a year ago, but never printed anything from Excel. In Excel I started a book (257 pages with text boxes and pictures) and went to Office Depot to get a printout from my USB for a proof reader. When they pull it up it showed its over the margins and part of it on the next page. Office Depot also has the 2010 version. I came back home and pulled it up and it is still correct on my computer. I went to the library and it pulled up the same as in Office Depot????? When I first started putting this together, the font was acting strange. If I put in 14, it would show 12, so I put in 16 and it said 14. After shutting down my computer and bringing it back up it worked OK. There are only text boxes with text or pictures in this book, nothing is written in cells. Do all the 2010 versions have the same fonts?

The installed fonts are to do with Windows rather than Office, and so they can (and will) vary from one PC to another. I would have thought, though, that Office Depot would have all the fonts that you have and more, unless yours is quite a rare font.

    Hope this helps.

The font I am using now is the default. I was using Century Schoolbook. I am showing 10 columns using default settings, but the library and Office Depot show my book as having 9 columns. This is pulling my info off the page. All of the computers have Office 2010

Yes, but do you use the same printers with the same sized paper?

Are you both looking at Print Preview or Page Break preview?

It's difficult to diagnose what could be wrong without seeing examples !!

I hi-lited all the columns and put in the default font and font size, but still the page layout view and the normal view are different. In the normal view the font size doesn't want to change to to the one I select. If I put in 12 in goes back to 11, if I put in 14 it goes to 12. In page layout view it doesn't do this, but lining the text boxes up differs from what it shows that I'm printing.
