    Post Available resources

I have 3 issues with excel.
    1. I have Home & Office Student 2007 AND Microsoft Office 2010 on my machine. I think I should not have both but do not know which one to uninstall. I save eveything as an "Excel Worksheet .xlsx.

    2. My biggest spreadsheet ( and the one that is open all the time) is only 365kb. Sometimes when I wish to open another, smaller, sheet, or create a new one. I get the message "Excel cannot open with available resources, please close something down".

    3. I use Roundcube Webmail as my email server. I have one sheet in particular that when uploaded as an email attachment, always causes "Excel to stop working, Excel is looking for a solution to the problem. It then says Excel is shutting down. I then find that any open worksheets were autosaved and am asked "which one do I wish to recover"?
There has to be something wrong! Any ideas guys?
    Thanks in advance.
