How to make Font Size auto adjust to the Number of Character inside the cell?

As per subject title, my default font size at Cell A1 is 10 (Arial). In B1,i manually key the company names and in Cell A1, the formula is =B1.

However, some companies have very long name. And it when i print my stuff. I could only see portion of the Company's name. I dont want to change my A1's Coloumn Width. Hence i will need to manually adjust the Font Size 1 by 1 which is time consuming. How should i solve this? (Please do not advice me to use Wrap Text because i have tried and wont work.)

You don't need to use wrap text, you need to use "Shrink to fit", which is the option below wrap text.
