Excel trading calculator

Hello. If anyone is a trader and can help is even better. Anyway, I have a calculator here and I have the following problems:
1) In the symbols page are the currency pairs which are in real time from the trading program. They are written in excel in the form that is on the Bid & Ask columns, and corrected in the first two columns. I cannot convert them in the form 0,XXXX(with a comma instead of a dot).
2) On the main page, in Symbol list, I want them to automatically change the BID and ASK quotes from the symbols page. How can I do that?
