Keep chart in view when scrolling through an Excel Spreadsheet

I have a chart posted along side of cell data and it is static, therefore, when I scroll down the spreadsheet the chart is no longer visible. Is there any way to have the chart scroll down the page when scrolling through the data rows? Any input would be appreciated.

Open a new window, center the chart in one and scroll around in the other.

Thank you but I hoping to keep the chart and data in one window.
