Comparing Two Work Sheets

Dear All,

Please find the attached file.

Here utilization is system generated and day rate is manual,so what i would like to do
is to compare the data s as follows,

ie,Utilization sheet ,Column B (Asset List) + Column E (Q2) should be compared with Day rate sheet,Column C (Fleet Number) + Column H (Asset Allocation).

Now If Q2 = Q4 in utilization check if "T" is present on Column I (comments) on day rate sheet.

There are some differences in both the sheet "STDBY" is in Utilization and "Standby" is Day rate report,"CARGO" in utilization
and "Cargo-Rig-???" in day rate.

Any Suggestions..this is very huge file and it is very difficult to check manually.
