Excel wrapped text column auto adjust

I am having a problem with wrapping text when I wrap some text in a cell it auto adjusts to fit all the text but if the row height is manually changed ie Cell C2 height changed from 72 to 20 so you can't see all the information how can I revert back to excel automatically making the text to fit in the row. THe reason I ask is because the row height was changed by mistake.

Finally worked it out. Just select the row ie C and format and remove the wrap text and then I double clicked on C to auto adjust the height then selected C and chose wrap text and then all the cells auto adjusted. :-)
