copy data from one sheet to another in next row

I have some data in sheet one and I want to copy it to another sheet in new raw. Columns are the same. In sheet 1, the data is horizentol while in second sheet the same is verticle

I have some data in Sheet 1 with undernoted columns

1. Serial number
2. name of borrower
3. segment
4. Limit sanctioned
5. Filing cabinet number
6. Rack Number

I am having 300 customers and I want to add new customers to the existing file having all the fields in second sheet. Sheet one should have only one row consisting of above fields and the contents will be cleared after moving the data to blank row (say A 301) in second sheet.

Hope this will clear my contention.
