    How to save as (change file format) excel 2010 to excel 2003 password protected file?

    Dear All,

    I have password protected excel 2010 file format, now I want to change excel 2003 file format? Unfortunately the password is lost. How can I do this? Please help. Your suggestion is highly appreciated.
