search a table (on leave) within a date range whether the given task owner is on holiday

Dear All,

I would like to use a formula (Excel 2010) to find out whether a given task owner will be on leave within a given date range (cells: F5-G5)
and not to let to choose the person as an owner in case He/She will be on leave for the whole period

input data:
- task owner:cell D5
- task start, end: cell F5-G5

output:cell E5, if the owner will be on leave, than the cell value should be: x

Could you be so kind the help me out?
