Not sure is this is what you want, but lets see.
1st of all, you will have to convert the date/time you have in G to just a date, else you will never find a matching day. use this, copied down...
=DATE(YEAR(G2),MONTH(G2),DAY(G2)) I put this in column Y
Then I used this, copied down to extract the numbers you want. The answers dont all match the answers you gave in X, but take a look and see...
