Please Help Me To Get Right Formula For My Excel Sheet

Problem:
PLEASE FIND ATT. SHEET.
1.I want to take Link From my SHEET-A to SHEET-B, As you can See SHEET-A has data Vertically but I want This same Data Horizontally in SHEET-B

2.So Whenever I will Change Data in SHEET-A it will Automatically transform Horizontally in SHEET-B

I have a different problem and i dont know if you can assist assume that SHEET-B is the primary sheet. The amount Cells have been merged, so 100 will be in cell B & C(merged) so that in the row below there is a separation between male and in female. how would u link the Amount cells in another sheet in a vertical format.

AMOUNT 100 2300
