Help: Reset input data back to original

Hi Guys,

I have created a calculator in excel and have 5 drop down lists to input various numbers which come to calculate a total for me. Is it possible to create a reset button so each time I go to reuse the spreadsheet it reverts back to the original entries I had in the drop down list, just incase for instance my first entry required all 5 drop downs to be, my next may only require 2, I need this to avoid errors of accidental leaving old numbers in?

Excel 2010, have inserted the developer tab to create the button

Why don't you use helper cells to hold previous entries and load it back from it in case of UNDO??

I am designing this for my assistant and needs to be simple, hence why I am after a button

Not sure what is the complication for you to assign the previous entries to some other helper cells and just have a button to reload the previous entries from that helper cells.

I don't think so your assistant don't find it complication in clicking a BUTTON to rollback changes
