Reduce File size

Hi every body

I have excel file which sveral times copy and paste a large data on it unfortunately size of this file is about 43 mb !!!!
I need to reduce that but I dont know how ?
at first file size was about 308 kb with same data but after several times copy and paste it make so so big

Hi pedjvak,

A quick solution would be to delete unused rows and columns... try this and let me know if this solves your problem to some extent.

when you delete extra rows and columns, you'll get fresh (unused) rows and columns.. so rows will always be 1048576
