Create List and remove blank Lines

Hi

I have a table of users in sheet 1. One of the columns ask for a Yes/No , if Yes then update the 2nd Sheet with some of the details from the table.

in the attached workbook I was using some code to create a list of only the valid users and so not have blank rows

the problem is when I copy the code down to row 1000 the entire work book slows down -

any ideas why or how to speed it up?
