    How to Survey?

    Hi,

    I am using ms office 2010. I would like to make a 5 question survey via excel. Each question has 5 checkboxes and the values of those checkboxes are from 5 to 1. Is there a way to calculate the average of those answers after the user completes the survey??

    See if this will work for you. If it does I can send you detailed instructions on how I did this. It doesn't use check boxes but radio buttons.
