Need help ranking data

So my data looks kind of like this:

Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Cat Brown 99
Cat Black 33
Cat Orange 55
Bird Yellow 66
Bird Green 77
Dog Black 88
Dog White 22

I need a formula, to put in column four, that will rank each of the categories based on the value in column A. So for instance, the formula in Column 4 Row 1 would detect that it is the highest ranked cat, and would then return the associated value: Brown. Column 4 Row 2 would find the second highest ranked cat, and return the value associated with it: Orange. Column 4 Row 3 would detect the next highest ranked cat, and return the associated value: Black. Row 4 would sense that the value in Column 1 had changed, and would start over, then returning the highest ranked bird, and then the second, and then the dogs. So, the final column would look like this;

Brown
Orange
Black
Green
Yellow
Black
White
