YTD Calculation with Partial Amount

I'm working on a formula that needs to calculate a partial amount when there is maximum criteria.

For example, in my example max amount is 6,826.20, however I can only come up with a solution that hits 6,249 without including May's partial amount.

Any ideas would be great.

Thanks unfortunately the formula breaks down in all other cells, N7 and L7, where there isnt a partial or the max has been reached
