Scrool cell's automatic

Hello - Perhaps very demanding of Excel but I try.

My columns B, C, D, E are columns used in the usual way.

In column F, I have supreme some standard information that I use often and which I use on all my spreadsheets. Is it possible to define the default information, so they follow the same tagt that I scrooler down?

Maybe try freeze panes? Click the F1 cell and select view/freeze panes.

Or maybe you need splitting?
