I'm not sure I understand the problem but here is the pivot, excluding Item 1 = B.

Sorry, I don't want the pivot filtered. I want ALL info in the pivot. But I want to report different lines through formulas.

I.e. certain criteria from within the entire pivot table. This was merely an example, to sum everything apart from criteria B, but in a formula, not by altering the pivot..
